The Army Chevron for Private First Class (PFC) Collar Pin is a metal insignia worn on the collar of the uniform. It features a single chevron, which is a V-shaped emblem, and is typically gold-colored for the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU). For the Army Combat Uniform (ACU), a subdued black version is used.

The pin is worn one inch from each collar point, oriented so that its centerline bisects the collar points. This ensures a neat and proper appearance on the uniform
